What If You Set Better Boundaries With Yourself?

That’s what I’m going to do right now.

I need to rest and get some other tasks done, and I just don’t have emotional space or energy to commit to a quality post right now.

And that’s me setting a boundary with myself. I feel guilty if I don’t stick to my blog schedule, but you know what? Life happens. I’m working on practicing compassion towards my own body and spirit. And right now, they need love and rest.

So I’m headed to bed. See you on Wednesday.
